TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using rReplay (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian. 3. Accounts & Authentication You can create an account using Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these Terms. 4. Use of the Service You agree not to use the Service to: - break any laws - harm, threaten, or harass others - attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt the Service - reverse-engineer or misuse our AI models - upload illegal or harmful content We may limit usage to prevent abuse or protect system stability. Subscription Terms 5. Subscription Access & Eligibility By purchasing a subscription to rReplay AI, you can access premium AI features, tools, and services for the duration of your active billing period. You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into agreements in your region. Access to subscription features begins only after successful payment through Stripe. 6. Billing & Payment Authorization You authorize Stripe to automatically charge the payment method you provide at checkout for recurring subscription fees. Charges occur at the start of each billing cycle unless canceled beforehand. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may lead to suspension or cancellation of your subscription. 7. Free Trials If a free trial is offered, it begins immediately upon registration and lasts for the stated trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends. A valid payment method may be needed to activate the trial. 8. Cancellation & Refunds You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or the Stripe Billing Portal. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund past payments. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, unused time, or accidental purchases unless required by law. 9. Subscription Changes We may change subscription pricing, features, or plan structures at any time. You will be notified of changes in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms. 10. Account Responsibility You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and payment information secure. rReplay AI is not responsible for unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your account. 11. Service Availability (General + Subscription) Both free and subscription features are provided "as-is" and "as-available." We may update, modify, or remove features at any time. We are not liable for downtime, interruptions, or data loss caused by maintenance, updates, or third-party service issues. General Platform Terms 12. AI Output Disclaimer The Service uses AI models to generate responses. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unexpected. Do not rely on AI output for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions. You are responsible for how you use the generated content. 13. User Content You retain ownership of the content you submit. By using the Service, you give us permission to store and process your content to provide the Service. We do not sell your data. 14. Privacy Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. We use cookies to maintain login sessions (e.g., session_token). 15. Rate Limits & Fair Use We may apply rate limits or usage restrictions to ensure stable operation. Excessive or automated usage may result in temporary or permanent suspension. 16. Third-Party Services The Service connects with third-party APIs (Google, OpenAI, Groq, DeepSeek, Gemini). Their terms also apply when you use features powered by those services. 17. Termination We may suspend or end your access or subscription if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, commit fraud, or fail to pay. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, access to subscription features is revoked immediately. 18. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. 19. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms. 20.
